You’d be hard pressed to find an idea simpler than this.
Get some 20″-24″ truck rim spacers and weld on some 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ flatbar tabs, then put some plastic handles over them to protect your leads and hands, when winding and unwinding. I won’t bore you with any more text, just look at the pictures and see what you think.
